Screencast is up!

Hi everyone! Today I am excited to post my first screencast! Like my podcast, I want to be able to interact with you all on this blog with more then just text. I want you to be able to really get a feel for the website, who I am, and what content I will creating for you guys!

The purpose of this screencast is for you guys to see some of my inspirations and aspirations for the website! In this video I take you through two of my favorite foodie websites. New Fork City (https://newforkcity212.com/press/ ) and Junk Banter ( http://junkbanter.com/ ) are both websites that I check on a daily basis! In my screencast I talk about some of my favorite things about the websites like their content, pictures, appeal, and cite appeal and navigation! I also talked about a few things I saw that could be improved and valuable for myself in the future and my own website!

Watching this video can give you a little perspective on some already grown and still growing food blogs out there and the type of content I am trying to bring to all of you! I also decided to make the video because I have never used screen-castomatic before, and was extremely interested and where it could take my website! It’s great that I am able to show my audience what I’m seeing first hand and guiding you along! Now I can target an audience not only on the blog, but on youtube as well! Youtube is such a great way to get your name out there in the social media world today and is a great way to attract people to the blog!

I hope you guys like the screencast and want some more! Let me know how you feel about New Fork City and Junk Banter in the comments! Thanks so much and see you on the next post!
